About

Undoing aloneness

Stephanie's passion lies in working with individuals who have experienced complex trauma and those currently living with eating disorders or disordered eating. It is her goal to help clients no longer feel alone, and to move from a place of shame and guilt to one of believing and knowing that all of their parts are good. You are good, you are loved, you are seen, you are known, you are understood, as you are in this moment, as you were, and as you will be. And if you're not ready to believe any of this about yourself yet, that's okay. Know that she is willing to hold and believe it all until you feel ready and able to carry it with you. Stephanie graduated with a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University in 2023. She is trained in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, and Somatic Experiencing. This means you will work together to move through and process emotions, memories, and traumas in an embodied way (i.e., involving the body in sessions), and you will work together to create unity and connection safely within your self and others. Lastly, she is trained in Faith Integration, which means your faith/spirituality can be integrated into treatment if that feels right for you.
